Our stay was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple requests (around ten times!), the staff were unhelpful and failed to clean our room, change the rubbish- It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience from start to finish. We were so dissatisfied. We stayed another hotel for our last night, which was a much better experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I liked that there was a Starbucks on site. Location was excellent. Staff was very nice.

The room was always hot no matter how far down the thermostat was set. Street noise kept me up most of the night. Sound machines should be offered in the rooms.
