We purposely booked a hotel in an effort to sleep in. The 10:00am “staff drill” made that impossible. I wish they would have let us know BEFORE we arrived at the front desk that something would be going on.

The room was spacious and clean. It was generally very quiet each night. The seating by the lobby was very comfortable and clean. It made it pleasant to stay in and relax when it was raining. The staff were the highlight of our stay - they were easy to reach and quick to assist with getting toothbrushes, toothpaste, and comb
Negatives:
Some of the elevators were a bit confusing. Perhaps more signs could be displayed to show where to go. Additionally, breakfast could've had more variety.

Charging 58$ for parking when you pay for the room. Parking should be included with the stay. Or needs to state that parking isn’t included. I would have chose a different hotel that included parking. They charged a 60$ damage fee and I have still yet to get that back and charged me the 58 parking 198 for room 60 damage fee deposit and 58 parking so 262 dollars for the advertised 198 a night price. Very disappointed

Breakfast was very average. the bathroom in my room wasnt that clean, vanity unit was dirty. not a great hotel for the money paid compared to others i've stayed in. swimming pool was less than 10 metres long.
