I didn’t like there was all type of stains on the comforters & wash cloth, as well as the furniture . As well half roll of tissue no trash bag in the trash can, housekeeping is terrible need better workers that’s gone actually work & clean because that was disgusting if you ask me 3/10

Positives:
Hotel staff were friendly and it was a quick walk to public transit. I really liked the Fulton Tap downstairs that had a decent selection of local beers/wines.
Negatives:
The parking garage was full and it was a pain to find parking (but that's Chicago for ya). It was overall clean, but there were quite a few hairs on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor was sticky.
