Great options for hot breakfast! They always have hot coffee in the lobby, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room service attendant made a sweet little bed for my daughter’s stuffed animal when she cleaned the room. The location is really great. Quieter than the next black over but still very very close to walk to anything essentially (or at least all the tourist attractions). Public transport readily available near the hotel for travel if needed.
Negatives:
Things that could have been better would be overcrowded elevators and wait times for elevators. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. We wanted the sofa and not necessarily the bed though so it worked out. The king bed was firm but pretty comfortable. The rooms are dated in some areas, there was carpet ripped pretty obviously in the joints.

Location. That was it.

From the check in process (staff was rude and very confused about our reservations) to the very outdated rooms and right space. Bathroom floor had a long black hair laying on it, overall the room was warm and muggy and didn’t seem fresh. Our friends ended up with bed bugs and we were in their room along with our luggage for a few hours at a time. We are now paranoid that we will bring this home. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it because we booked thru a 3rd party and also that they would need proof that we got them too. We paid over $400 for the night for a bad experience and not clean room. The only pleasant part of the experience is the valet- he was very nice and professional.
