We were in room 1420. There was a noise the first night that kept us awake. We think it may have been the elevators but are not sure because the second night we did not hear it.

It was a great visit...

Not much. Overcharged, dirty and smelly hallway. No lounge on property and was charged by the hotel over 700.00 when was expecting to pay 173.00 each night plus taxes l. I went through booking cause the price was lower than using hotel. We were charged 173.00 on the 6th and 318.68 on the 7th. We could have stayed at the ritz Carlton for the amount we paid for this nasty place

Was disgusted by the lobby, the odor of the entire hotel and highly aggravated by the price we were charged. The front desk man whom checked us in total is the charge for a nightly stay was $130.00 and we were charge WAY beyond that and will never go through booking to book a hotel again. I have always been happy with booking but today we feel very differently.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches. I had to kill a cockroach on the bedroom floor that was the size of my thumb. My husband also found a cockroach in the bathroom in our room and saw another cockroach at the breakfast on a counter behind a toaster.

Positives:
My husband was in the ICU at Northwestern. I accidentally booked for a later day and the female clerk fixed the date so I could stay the intended night. She was wonderful and kind. And then I got a call from the hospital at 2am to go back. There were 2 men at the front desk and one made sure that I got across the street safely to the Galter Pavilion. Your staff went way above and beyond for me when I was both exhausted and stressed.

Positives:
we loved the view of the 21st floor, we loved the fast service of checking in and out and we loved the location of the property!

Parking was a little expensive however convenient (I'm 50/50) on it.
