Windows are not so thick. You can hear the road and sirens. AC is too loud. Room is so stuffy. It gets hot quickly and no air ventilation in the bathroom. Room wasn’t clean enough. Housekeeping forgot changing the bins, cleaning the floors, replacing coffee etc.

Surprisingly good hotel in the middle of downtown Chicago. Friendly front desk staff, breakfast was a definite draw & reason many stay there!
Negatives:
No flexibility at all for early check-in (even if 1 hour before afternoon check-in time!) Hotel charges $$ if you want to check-in early and even more $$ dependent on if 1 hour or 2 hours early! I’ve never heard of that policy and I am an avid traveler. Most hotels with good customer service will allow guests to get into the room early if it is available.

Breakfast was great and very filling. Hotel was very clean!!! Great stay!!!
Negatives:
The hotel does not have parking, nor would they valet park my car. I rented a dodge Durango and I was told that this vehicle is a hot item to be stolen. How in the hell would I know that as an out of towner. This was very frustrating and costly. I was forced to pay $60 a day to park 2 blocks from the hotel. For this reason, I will not stay again. And yes, I'm an honors member...SMH in disappointment.
