Negatives: I reserved my room through Booking.com three days before my check in and found out the day of check in i was not able to check in because they claimed the hotel did not have me reserved, while booking.com attempted to resolve it for the next 6 hours the hotel claimed they were having issues with their computer, therefore, since I was exhausted from the long trip to the hotel, I decided to stay with a family member an hour away where I knew I would have a place to stay that night. I called Booking.com several times on different days for my reimbursement, since I paid thru booking.com for the one night I did not receive service and Unfortunately, their customer service was horrible, they would take my information down, put me on hold for several minutes at a time and hang up on me and as a result I never resolved the issue and was never reimbursed for the night I was not accommodated and do not feel that was fair to me. Forced to have some take my luggage's to my room when I was able to carry my own. The concert music that weekend was blasting through my room. I was not able to concentrate on my studies.

Positives: Awesome location, Nice room. The interier looks like old time fashion hotels, it reminds me Hercule Poirot and Oriental Express of Agatha Christie Great staff. Although by booking has not been found in the hotel's reservations the staff called booking.com and resolved all of the questions.
