Positives:
Room was nice and spacious. Good location.
Negatives:
Our room smelled faintly of weed, probably from the previous occupant.

Positives:
It was easy to get to places. The room was large enough for all of us to stay.
Negatives:
Waited over 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to check in. There was no one at the desk and the valet had to get them after seeing the line. The bathroom floor was sticky. The air conditioning was loud every time it turned on. The hotel was very busy.
Positives:
The rooms!
Negatives:
The elevators!
Positives:
The view from my window was stunning, and the room was very quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
The front door is on a short street that comes to an end just past the entrance and the cabs and delivery trucks clog the road. The only problem with the room was that the housekeeper didnt vacuum the floor in the room and I cut my foot on broken glass.
Positives:
Location.
Negatives:
A little outdated for the pricing. And no complimentary breakfast.
Positives:

Positives:
the front desk is great!
Negatives:
Constantly smells of weed.. People next to us are loud and up until all hours of the morning. The breakfast offered is $45 per person and is not very good. Staff is nice and the doormen are wonderful. Some people staying at the hotel make you feel unsafe
Positives:
I loved everything about this hotel! Our first time in the city even tho it was a little hectic (because of the traffic and just so much ppl) it was still worth it!
Negatives:
Besides the parking being expensive- but we parked somewhere else so not really the hotels fault
Positives:
I enjoyed how it was right next to Navy Pier with a beautiful view of the water.

Negatives:
Not super clean. Valet was expensive and much cheaper one street away
Positives:
Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. LOVE how secure it is.....Especially elevator!
Negatives:
Of course no one likes to pay to park. However, a discount for hotel guests for 2 or more nights would be nice. Maybe include a breakfast suite guests have to badge in to. Also, wet bar
Positives:
Location, clean, comfortable bed
Negatives:
Digital key didnt work, no smart TV option
