Positives: good view from hotel room
Negatives: the staff was rude, i asked for towels both days i was there and i never received them, facilities werent available and i was notified at check in, promised me late check out and free meals to hotel restaurant as compensation and when i went to pick up the coupons apparently they couldn't do it.

Positives: Staff friendly. Was a clean room. All in all it was fine. The restaurant, on the lower level was good. Prices were reasonable.
Negatives: I realize that parking is expensive in Chicago and I also am not one to use valet parking, but $70 a night seems to a bit much. There was a parking lot around the corner that we pulled into, they parked the car and we left for the night and most of the next day and it was about $35. Also, maybe a bit picky, but the ice machine was not working on our floor as well as another floor. Ended up going down and they had to get ice from the restaurant. One other thing, again just being picky, but I believe that a more upscale hotel should have better pillows....and the faucet in the bathroom sink leaked badly.
