Positives:
Location is the most attractive asset. Room size good, bed good size. Furniture good, power sockets good. Room cleaning service good. Bathroom amenities good, soap etc.
Negatives:
Bed mattress soft, bed frame not properly fitted to the bedstead (there's a big uneven gap), the bed corners are a hazard and always have been, shower water pressure poor, towels not thoroughly clean initially - had to ask for replacement. Bathroom light sensor not very sensitive. Check-out a disaster, person on desk at 5.30am poor service and did not take the process seriously, advised incorrectly that receipt would be emailed within one hour, did not check she had my e-mail address which wasn't requested when I checked in. Consequently I have been in touch with your chat service to recover and hope at time of writing that will be successful.

The dark mix-match decorum, Carpet didn't match, curtain look like for a Boy Child rm/ Carpet looked Nasty( wouldn't walk barefooted on it, No Suite Perks(glasses, napkins etc.. Coffee Station Was just Coffee, No Complimtary Anything to b sooo expensive! Very Disapointed

They charged me more 1000 dollars for a fee in case the room got damaged. They said this amount was refundable but they never refunded. This is clearly a scam. They also said they were going to send the receipt by email and never did. I tried to contact the hotel 200 times and nobody picks up the phone.

The amount of money the hold and how long it takes for it to be returned. I still haven’t received my money. I had to stay in a small queen room my first night because he said they canceled my reservation. Then said I can get a king room for the rest of the nights which sounded weird.

Location right downtown. Easy access to restaurants, stores, corner stores and attractions all within walking distance. Rooms were comfy but in terms of amenities, wish they had a steamer. Not the steamer with the iron, i real steamer.
Negatives:
Would have been nice to have a small, quiet bar area where we could have enjoyed a coffee or drink while doing some work at night. The restaurant is loud and unrealistic to get work done there. At check out we found out there were some drinks in the fridges next to front desk.
