Hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, loved having the “nightlight” in the bathroom
Negatives:
I booked 4 rooms under one reservation and asked for them to be close. 3 of the 4 rooms were together on 11th floor except our room- we were on the 15th. I was told they didnt have any more rooms on the 11th floor. When my sister in law checked in, they had to stay on the Hampton side because they had no more rooms, which didn’t make sense because front desk told us the three rooms were together. How do you just lose a room??? Thankfully the hotel didn’t charge them for it but check in was not impressive. Also, fridge didn’t work very well- took until day of check out for water to get cold. One of the outlets by the nightstand didn’t work. TV guide was incorrect and dating January 28.

The hotel is clean and rooms spacious. The restaurant VU breakfast food was delicious we we received vouchers.
Negatives:
Although all staff kind and pleasant they were not consistent in information provided. No one helped us to our room despite seeing us struggling with bags and am oxygen tank. Waant given the vouchers for the brrafast upon arrival. Was told there was no restaurant in the hotel only outside on the corner.. Howevet, the next morning when asked about our vouchers was given them and told restaurant was on 22nd floor of hotel. When asked to have room cleaned again was told yes but then it wasn't. That was only once but when hotel was informed it wasn't cleaned again then they did send someone up to clean.
