Negatives: Great!!! Chipotle was in the hotel , which was really good , love the fact we had a full kitchen….

Negatives: First of all, the elevator situation is insane, every morning I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the elevator, there were some days I had to go down the stairs at least 10 stories to get another elevator, get to the lobby and wait for the elevator to the M floor to get breakfast. If I’m paying for a stay at a hotel I would at least require to be comfortable. The breakfast was way far from being even good… so there is no value in that either

Negatives: Elevators. There were just a few elevators to serve 40 floors. There were often very long waits. Requested a roll in shower. None was available when we came. They found a sufficient room for me, but it took a few tries.

Negatives: I could hear talking from next door while in the bathroom.

Negatives: The beds were horrible. Homeless people at front door. Had to $69 a day for parking

Negatives: The property apart from being at a great location has nothing more to offer. The room where we stayed didn’t had any laundry so we have to go to common area at the mezzanine floor. During the property check in and check out - there is a trolley which needs to be attended by yourself, in case if you have heavy loads, please be mindful. There are three lifts and they are extremely busy in the mornings, thought it does has a discretion note but the seriousness of the note is “real”. Sometimes, you will end up waiting for at-least 10-15 mins to get empty lift to use. The pool at the top floor has cold water, nothing that you can use in case if you have kids or toddlers. The breakfast is not that great. Often there are long queues and you have to wait in case if you are having breakfast at “usual” times. If you delay the breakfast to avoid queues, there is a possibility that you will be served some cold stuff and hot food will be finished. During 9 nights stay we end up having only 4 nights to have breakfast, so you won’t miss anything in case if you don’t include it in your it bucket list.

Negatives: all the staff were wonderful however the young lady at the check in desk certainly is in the wrong line of work. Couldn't smile or even try to be friendly. Time to try and make some changes to the elevator issues. Crazy long waits which is unacceptable (even if you post notes advising of the issues)

Negatives: The room was dirty, with hair in the pull out couch, wrappers from previous guests still on the floor. Some of the dishes provided were still dirty in the room, not washed. The tub didn't drain properly. It was like taking a bath and showering at the same time. Breakfast offered was bland, not many options. The one day we got coffee, it had grounds in it! Seems like for it being a "Hilton", they'd have higher standards.
