The staff was super friendly, attentive and professional. We had an issue with a slow drain in the bathtub and they immediately resolved it for us.
The location is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The Magnificent Mile has tons of shops, bars, restaurants and not too far from the river and pier.
Negatives:
The building, furniture and technology is outdated. It was decent but you can tell the building is old, the furniture and layout is super awkward and the TV's (they have cable) should be upgraded to Smart TV's to allow streaming or casting. It's 2024 I could care less about a basic cable package and would rather have the option to log into the streaming apps or cast from my phone. We didn't stay in the room during the day but when we got back at night this would've been nice.
Also, updating to Keurig's or something like a Keurig would improve the morning coffee experience.
