Negatives: unfortunately pool was closed already

Negatives: Bath tub was not clean. Breakfast was that of a motel. Very poor.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The building, furniture and technology is outdated. It was decent but you can tell the building is old, the furniture and layout is super awkward and the TV's (they have cable) should be upgraded to Smart TV's to allow streaming or casting. It's 2024 I could care less about a basic cable package and would rather have the option to log into the streaming apps or cast from my phone. We didn't stay in the room during the day but when we got back at night this would've been nice. Also, updating to Keurig's or something like a Keurig would improve the morning coffee experience.

Negatives: Very pricey. 589.00 for 1 night then 69.00 to park my vehicle.

Negatives: We wish they kept the pool open a little longer than labour day!

Negatives: The elevator situation was terrible.. we had to wait for up to 15 min at times for an elevator.

Negatives: The wait on the elevators. Gym equipment mostly was out of order.

Negatives: The room was hot the place looks outdated for the price The toilet was leaking

Negatives: Night security and desk staff were not at all helpful. We waited 45 minutes for valet service to come to park our car. We waited over 30 minutes for an elevator before taking the stairs 18 flights because no elevator ever came to the floor. There was no information on where breakfast was located and desk staff did not provide directions to the breakfast room when asked. The night security guard stood at the desk doing nothing while an Uber driver and a hotel guest got into a screaming match right outside the front doors.

Negatives: Absolute chaos checking in and no luggage trolleys. Had a 20 minute wait for the lifts- only 2 out of 3 were working. Using the lifts was an absolute joke throughout our stay as they took so long to arrive. One of the cleaners said the staff lift hadn't worked for over a month so they were having to use the guest lifts too. Virtually none of the equipment on the gym worked. I reported this twice but nothing was fixed. The pool area was dirty, mouldy and unkempt. Breakfast was carnage. The Homewood area was shut so we had to join the Hampton Breakfast room which was crowded and dirty. The breakfast selection was poor. Only 1 a/c unit worked properly in our room. The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't work.
