Great location and nice rooms. Rooms were big and having a full fridge and freezer was handy.

Staff were a huge let down for a nice property that is ideally located. Requested room cleaning on 4 occasions but never arrived. How the manager handled it was very poor - offered us 2 bottles of water (which were free anyway). Basic stuff but very negatively impacted our stay as it was so frustrating. Wouldn't stay again.

They never put enough towels...
Positives:
I booked the hotel at $160.00. With tax a total of $182.00. For security deposit $100.00 which brought the total to $282.00. At checkout I was charged $382.00.

The rooms were absolutely incredible. One of the best rooms we ever stayed in with such a good price- value for money. The only thing we were missing was a chromecast to the TV, so that we could have streamed from our telephones :)
Negatives:
The breakfast was a bit deficient. Especially some days where we experienced the only drink-opportunity was water and coffee and another day where there was no milk to coffee, cerials and further. We visited for 9 days and I would say that 3 of the mornings were without anything big missings in the breakfast. I know that they were very busy - the hotel was full - so that could explain why it was a bit hectic in the breakfast area.
A bit more elevators could have been very handy. We were asked to push the bottom for both up and down from the employeed because of how busy they were, and told to go on no matter what. If we didn’t do that, we could wait in around 10 minutes when it is breakfast time.
