The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful but the front desk staff could be more cordial.

The laundry facility is outdated. If you want to require guests to have quarters you should be able to provide change. Otherwise use an app or other means of payment.
2 lamps in my room have broken/weak light bulb. Please do more maintenance.

Located within walking distance to the park , had a large fridge and freezer with ice maker a dish washer and plates and cups

70$ per day for vale that was not disclosed. Took them 30 mins to get my car every time. The pool was small and overrun with wild children and only a few chairs to sit in for a pool being shared with 2 hotels. Our city view room was of a wall.
None of the employees at check in told me I needed to scan my room key to get to my floor in the elevator so I went up and down trying to press the right floor didn't work and didn't know why ! My husband went up first with the room keys and said the same thing he got off on a different floor and decided to take the stairs to our floor because he thought the elevator was having issues, and was then stuck in the stairwell because you can't get out of the stairs only go in to the stairwell, I asked other people staying there if anyone told them and they also said no ! It could have all been avoided if someone would have just told us ,
