We had a slight issue of the third bed (sofa bed) being broken, however, Kay at the front desk brought it to her managers attention immediately. With the holiday, we were certain we were out of luck, however, They found us an alternate arrangement with another room right down the hall. Prompt, polite and to top it off, Kay even shared some recommendations on things to see during our visit. Exceptional!

Rooms need rehab, doors in room would not shut, dresser drawers were broken. Another guest asked me what I thought of the rooms, she had the same experience. Great location but unfortunately I will not be staying there again.

The location was great. King bed was great.

We got a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Not only was the sofa portion dirty and completely worn out, but the mattress was literally unusable. It didn't even stay on the frame, it like fell into the metal frame because it was so worn and flat. I called the front desk to ask about switching rooms to a room with 2 beds but was told they didn't have any. Luckily we were only staying one night, but I felt horrible making my 6foot teen sleep on that bed. He said it felt like he was laying directly on the metal bars/frame. We put pillows on it and did the best we could so he could get some sleep but this sofa needs to be trashed ASAP. The other main issue was that there was only 1 elevator working for the entire building! We had to wait FOREVER to get on an elevator staying on the 13th floor because when you enter the hotel the front desk/breakfast, everything is on the 6th floor, so once you take an elevator to the 6th floor it is almost impossible to get to the 13th because everyone getting on the elevator from the entrance fills the elevator before it even gets to the 6th floor. Its hard to explain but it was AWFUL, for this reason and the bed issue I would not stay at this location again.
