The location was prefect for our stay downtown and very close to public transport, about 1 minute walk from Grand on the Red Line. We travelled from O’Hare airport at night and it took about 50 minutes end to end. All shopping is very close as well as Northwestern Medical.

Just a minor thing for me was that the pool was not heated.
