The location was superb and very competitively priced. Facilities were clean.
Negatives:
The hotel experienced a water leak while I was there. They had to turn off all the water for repairs, and unfortunately it was 2 hours later than expected in coming back. I had to leave for my conference that morning without a shower. But this was fairly compensated with a discount on my room rate for that night and I know they did all they could to manage it as best they could.

The staff were really nice. I probably only had an issue with one of the staff members at front desk but I think everyone else was really nice and caring. My favorite staff was breakfast staff! So much joy and energy from them! Breakfast was also decent with a variety of options. They also let you takeaway breakfast to your room which I think is great! My room was also amazing! Felt right at home and I loved the channel options on my TV!

Room needed better maintenance and repair work- none of drawers in bedroom could shut as they were misaligned, towel rack and toilet roll holder in bathroom both coming loose from wall. Sofa very old and squeaks when you sit on it

Positives:
Breakfast was great and morning staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to offer help and assistance at breakfast. Cleaning lady in suite was very good and friendly.
Negatives:
Nothing, but if I had to mention something, it would be the waiting time for the lifts. And on one night of our stay, there was noise from room above. It sounded like three or four unsupervised children running around room and jumping on and off beds around midnight.
