Positives:
Breakfast was great and morning staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to offer help and assistance at breakfast. Cleaning lady in suite was very good and friendly.
Negatives:
Nothing, but if I had to mention something, it would be the waiting time for the lifts. And on one night of our stay, there was noise from room above. It sounded like three or four unsupervised children running around room and jumping on and off beds around midnight.

I have been to many hiltons. The complimentary items did not seem available. Waters, hand soap, tooth brush, toothpaste etc.
I was vacationing with my family. My 15 month old child was with us. It sucks to wake up smelling weed as if it’s in the room with you. My baby coughing and my nose burning and paying $1400 for 3 days of that. The kitchen sink was leaking very bad the whole time which made it hard to maintain making meals. My child does not eat processed foods which is why I got that type of room to be able to eat at the hotel, the meals I made. Second hand smoke is very unsafe. Especially for a baby who was already born 11 weeks early at 1lb! This was the worse Hilton I’ve occupied.

The views, how close it is to everything, size of the room with kitchen very nice!! Full breakfast every morning and fun social on Wednesday.
Negatives:
Only 2 elevators so waiting often for them. Paying for valet parking and waiting for car at times.
