Positives:
Staff was great. Location is the best thing. Walking distance to so many parts of things to do. Family activities, Night life for the adults, and anything further away can be reached by the train that has a stop just up the road a one minute walk away. Grocery, supermarkets, restaurants, desserts, market fresh food, wine so many things very close.
Negatives:
I don’t like housekeeping by request. It is free, but a four day stay should include housekeeping without requesting it.

The included breakfast was very good and changed each day of our 3 day stay. The pool and gym in the hotel were small but perfectly adequate. Excellent location in downtown Chicago.
