Very clean, front desk staff helpful and very pleasant.
Negatives:
Not toddler friendly: furniture is full of sharp corners, no available cribs on request, our room had shower and the head is screwed on the wall. Also, the pool is small and doesnt have a shallow part - only stairs

The parking was tight and expensive, and we had an issue with leaving (our key card did not let us out like it was supposed to). The hotel was nice but seemed pricey for the what was provided.
