The lady at the front desk that helped us out whole trip. She was unpleasant and did NOT communicate. We had to keep going back to get the parking key & room recoded. She gave us wrong information about the self serve bar and put the wrong $ amount on it and then told us she could t refund the money. At check out we asked for a printed receipt and she would t give it to us.

Positives:
The room was comfortable, we enjoyed the high floor and the view of Chicago's north/west side. The shower was good. The provided playpen worked well for our baby. We really liked having a suite with a kitchen (used the stove, fridge, freezer, sink, and microwave).
Negatives:
Nothing too bad. There were signs everywhere saying there are evening socials Monday - Thursday. But they told us they only do that on Wednesdays now. But not the Wednesday we were there because it was the same week as a holiday I guess? Other than that, the wi-fi took some time getting connected to, the bed wasn't that comfortable.
