Convenient location right next to united center. The staff was nice and there was free street parking.
Negatives:
The bed was very small and I was hanging off the side. The site said there was private parking but when I arrived the lot was all sold out (they only had 5 spots in the whole lot).

I really appreciated how close it was to the United Center for the concert I was attending. It is within walking distance, less than 10 minutes. I also LOVED that Harold’s chicken was nearby as well.
Negatives:
I didn’t like how I found out the self parking next door wasn’t open on Sundays until I tried to park after checking in. I specifically asked the receptionist if the parking ramp had in/out privileges and they didn’t mention it. I had to park two blocks away. Also, during the night there was multiple gunshots that sounded close by - which I get happens in certain areas and unfortunately I’m “used” to it. However, would’ve loved if I knew my car was secure.

When arrived said we wanted to get pass for our car bc we couldn’t check in til 4, was told our room was ready. Was not informed of the rate increase, Mike did not tell us that. We didn’t ask to check in we just wanted a pass to park to go venture before the 4pm check in.
