Had to call for someone to fix the shower. It wasn’t a bad experience. Just wanted the room to be ready when I got there. But they were prompt and professional. They made the best of their imperfections.

The extremely overpowering smell in the lobby that made people prefer to wait outside in the cold rather than endure, the filthy air filter, the fact that you couldn’t turn on the bathroom vent/fan, the shower curtain was too small and the floor got soaking wet, the sink handle leaked TERRIBLY

Room was dirty with a used band aid on the chair, hair on the towels and an Advil in the bed from a previous guest.
Rooms are not sound proof. The resort fee is high for very little value.
