Positives:
free coffee, location, security, view from room was unbeatable but balcony was so narrow you had to close door to move around about 4 feet wide is all. room structure was a little weird like you had to watch tv from the bed almost. I did like the tv size and I think a dvd player would be nice although there were lots of movie options available and streaming.
Negatives:
restaurant wasn't what I expected but as stated in information. There was a record player and only 3 albums, maybe more were available? Some of the staff did not understand English or speak well so hard to communicate with to help out with like housekeeping. There could be more information given out when checking in about the way things work around the property.

The location is perfect! The room was spacious and we loved the balcony.

The couch/ chairs werent comfortable. The front desk staff werent very friendly. I expected more for what we paid.

The Hotels location is great but that is all, it is directly over the road from Wrigley Field that's why they are charging extremely high room rates, the Hotel is nothing special I have stayed in far better Hotels in the world for far less money with Breakfast include in the price which it wasn't here!!!

The Hotel charges for breakfast when you are spending $320 a night for a room!!! Breakfast should be inclusive at this price its disgraceful that it isn't !!
