I just wish they have considered us since we were there for a conference (we travelled from Arizona) and we have to look for another hotel to move to, such an inconvenience and a bad experience! Positives: Location is convenient to Magnificent Mile shopping and plenty of restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Starbucks on first floor.

Negatives: Hairs in our bathroom on floor and counters grossed us out and made us feel like it was not cleaned well. Parking is super expensive and room very basic for the price.
