I really liked how friendly the staff was. The cleanliness of this place was great!
Negatives:
When i went to check in i was fifteen minutes early.. normally not a big deal was told it would be a ten min wait also not normally a big deal. Upon waiting another hour and forty five minutes my wife asked how much longer was told another ten to fifteen minutes... twenty-five minutes more they checked us in, also parking was legit trash with a hotel that busy they need to achieve better parking for there attendees.

Location and service at the front desk and at the bar.
Negatives:
Breakfast was an unpleasant experience: overcrowded, food was not good in general and silverware was dirty.
Furthermore, having room service every 3 days is not what we expect with the price we pay for the hotel.

Positives:
First off, Roberto , the manager, was a saint addressing my change in plans. Accommodating and understanding, truly a good person. Hotel parking was full but we found parking within 5-10 minutes which was okay as the weather was awesome. In the middle of winter , I don’t I’d feel the same way . Rooms were well appointed and clean.
Negatives:
Parking lot was full, while hotel was 100% full , I feel as if people staying there get first right of refusal.
