They had carpet in the rooms that were in need of a deep cleaning. I had to wipe down the bathroom with my Clorox Lysol wipes. Some of the bedding was stained. The couch was dirty and the staff was in need of customer service training, especially the ones that were there at 12 midnight when I checked in. Thank goodness we were only there for one day attending a concert and had a quick turnaround.

They canceled my reservation for no apparent reason and didn’t tell me until I showed up. They said they were full and dismissed me. I have never experienced such rude staff in the supposed hospitality industry in my life!
