Worst hotel experience of my life. Learned that hotels get overbooked like airlines but they are allowed to cancel any reservation they want at any time. And they don't have to help you in any way.

Booked the room for my mom for a night as she needed to be near the airport. The staff on the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, my mom said she enjoyed her stay (the hotel served its purpose).

I am disabled and use a cane. The staff was so helpful from the moment I arrived, holding doors, helping me move my belongings (they were vacuuming the carpets when I arrived)
Negatives:
There was a strong cologne/ perfume scent when I arrived in the lobby. Not an unpleasant smell, but too strong. I have allergies and asthma and I react to smells sometimes, so this might have been an issue if I hadn't already taken Benedryl .
