Good news! Before Friday, Jun 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Jun 14th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Jun 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jun 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: I am disabled and use a cane. The staff was so helpful from the moment I arrived, holding doors, helping me move my belongings (they were vacuuming the carpets when I arrived)

Negatives: There was a strong cologne/ perfume scent when I arrived in the lobby. Not an unpleasant smell, but too strong. I have allergies and asthma and I react to smells sometimes, so this might have been an issue if I hadn't already taken Benedryl .
