Booked this specifically for the pool. We were told the pools hours and which floor, get down there and it's closed and without water!! Would have definitely cancelled and stayed elsewhere had I known this! This was a leisure trip so a pool is a deciding factor. Very disappointed!

Booking.com charge me additional $35 for parking and the moment on check in the hotel they charge me another $65 for parking service. I had to paid for the services twice and at the time to check out the parking facility charge me another $20.
Booking.com offered cribs and at the facility they only offer a playpin without mattress.
Negatives:
Booking.com lied to me about the final price.
