Nice location, nice fitness center, nice rooms, nice front line staff
Negatives:
It seems the cleaning staff must have been down a number of people (I’m trying to think positively). I say this because our room was never serviced from check in Friday to check out on Tuesday. We had to keep asking for towels each day, and usually had to ask twice before anyone came. Also, since we were getting new towels, the old towels kept piling up because the service reps didn’t want to take the old towels. They said “someone else will take them when they service the room, but no one ever serviced the room, so they kept piling up. This towel situation also occurred in the fitness center where two of the four days I worked out, there were no towels in the gym. Anyway, I like your place except for this. Therefore, as mentioned, I will assume that something happened and you were short staffed during the time we visited. Thank you. One other thing is there were parties on Friday and Saturday night which were loud and went late into the night.

Our room had a door to another room, which is really strange, we could hear people laughing and talking there. If this room is a family room, I should’ve known that before booking, but I wasn’t warned about it in any way even from the staff. That was really weird
