Between Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The room was GREAT, especially for Chicago! It was the biggest room we have stayed in. We loved the 2 queen beds and the couch sitting area. We were always able to get an elevator quickly, which has been problematic at other hotels. It was quiet. Did not notice road noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Negatives: Did not like that breakfast was not included. However, there were many places nearby to eat.
