Between Tuesday, Sep 24th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.
