Between Monday, Sep 16th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Sep 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Sep 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.
