Positives:
Great location, awesome pool/sauna.
Negatives:
Bathroom older. Staff ok but not as friendly as they used to be. The buffet used to be special now it’s close to every other hotel buffet, including runny eggs and uninspired choices. Totally disappointed.

Very expensive hotel in relation to what is offered. They didn't provide the invoice so I'm still trying to resolve the issue for two weeks via booking.com. No response from the hotel over the phone. If you are on a business trip, I DO NOT recommend it

The pool and gym are first rate. If you want to burn off some calories eating in the Windy City this is the hotel to stay at. Also, great location.
