Positives:
The in room and in lobby amenitities were outstanding. The lobby has a full coffee machine that makes espresso drinks, there is Nespresso machine in the room as well as an electric kettle, the bathroom has everything you need including full size shampoo/conditioner and lots of things you don't need like a Korean face mask. Beds were comfortable and the room temp was great.

Great place amazing location
Positives:
Everything. Particularly the window seat, comfy bed, decor and general new and clean feel. Location was perfect for what I needed. Right on the edge of the Loop by the river, perfect for walking over to the north or shopping. Handy to have a coffee machine but the machine etc in the lobby also helpful.
Negatives:
I was on 14 so it didn’t bother me but I’d imagine lower floors get slightly more traffic noise. The windows are likely as sealed as possible so I don’t know how this is avoidable anywhere in the city centre though.

Best Stay in Chicago
Positives:
First of all, the location is superb. Right smack in downtown Chicago and perfectly intersects the north and south side. Both of which has its unique charm and feel. Secondly the room is spacious and very well kept. Staff are generally polite and helpful.
Negatives:
The toilet could do with bidet. Staff's helpfulness seems dependent on who is on duty that day. While I did not encounter any unpleasantness, it would have been perfect if there is some consistency in their demeanor.
