Everything except for the steamer they provided to iron your clothing. I had to fill that thing up many times just to finish ironing. They need irons or better steamers. I’ll bring my steamer next time. Other than that hotel is amazing!!!

Good location close to the river and train station. Comfortable room, loved that it had an air purifier and other thoughtful little touches. The lobby was very warm & inviting.
Negatives:
Our room wasn't ready till close to 5pm eventhough check-in is at 3pm. Would have been nice if we were offered a complimentary drink while we waited.
We asked for late check out on the day of our departure as we had a late flight but the front desk staff said that if they let us check out late, then the next guests will have to wait for their room like we did. Then why did they give the guests before us a late check out then? If they didn't, then no one would have had to wait for their rooms.

Great location and friendly staff. All major attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There's a free coffee machine near the reception and they even provided a small breakfast for people running the marathon.

Positives:
Excellent central location with good access to transport. It was easy to get around in any direction. Fantastic room with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. It was useful having a table and chair and the window seat was fun. It was also great to have a coffee machine as an extra perk. Nice smelling toiletries provided which were in refillable containers so keeping possible plastic waste reduced.
