Between Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: The deposit is $150 which is quite high given the overall atmosphere & luxury level of this hotel. I stayed at nicer hotels & their deposit was quite low. Also, most hotels provide complementary water bottles, this one doesn’t.
