Location is fantastic! Close to so many good places to eat and the waterfront. We came for the Billy Joel concert and it was close enough to walk back, avoiding the hour long wait for an Uber!

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even when we were located close to the elevators. The housekeeping staff was very thorough, and the front desk was always ready to grant your every request.
Negatives:
We did not have a good experience without one room service meal. The chicken was very undercooked, dare I say raw and we were in a hurry so we were not able to eat or get the problem resolved. The food took too long to arrive by 20 minutes over the promised time and when we could not eat it, we were very disppointed.
