I like the hotel location, kindness of the staff, room location in high floors.
Negatives:
On 19th June between 6 to 9 early morning time, We face hammering sound and this hammering is repeated every 15 minutes and we were not able to sleep which is too much. I have reported this bad experience to the receptionist and he offered me breakfast but I did not want breakfast. We want as reimbursement to get refund to my account. Appreciate, refund to my credit card.

Excellent hotel overall. Very comfortable rooms and bed, the entire hotel was spotless. Great location easy walking to so many things. The service was great and the all the staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was very good at both restaurants and it had a very nice outdoor patio with a restaurant and bar. I highly reccomend the Loews hotel!
