Positives: location is the best thing

Negatives: basin cold water not working, tap loose, insufficient power outlets near work station, room lighting incredibly dim even after selecting bright button, room lacks many facilities and you find yourself contacting reception time and time again. ie kettle.

Positives: I have a Dyson hairdryer at home and loved having one available in the bathroom. I also loved having a steamer.

Negatives: Lighting in the bathroom is very dim from a female perspective and too dark for applying makeup. Luckily I travel with my own lighted makeup mirror.

Positives: The bed is so comfortable! The shower pressure amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a really great stay! Very accommodating. Everyone was amazing. The staff that worked during my stay. They deserve all of the praise in the world. They were truly amazing.

Negatives: I wish the lighting in the bathroom was better. It wasn’t awful but it was a little difficult to do my makeup with the warm light settings.

Positives: Great location, staff is always amazing at entry, check in was slower than usual and employee seemed new and a bit lost, which is fine, no issues just not informative and very uneasy on questions.

Negatives: We've stayed a few times and this one this past weekend, was less than lovely. Cups in coffee station were stained with lipstick and sticky. Mens steam room was out of order again, pool was freezing cold as was the pool room and there was lots of random long hairs in our bed when we pulled the blankets down :-(

Positives: The room was spacious with large windows and high ceilings. The bed was super comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room for a comfortable stay.

Negatives: I had breakfast at the hotel one morning and I asked for poached eggs, the eggs were overcooked and I think I overpaid for what I got.
