Positives:
The food was the best part of the stay.
Negatives:
We stayed in a zen suite and it was NOT zen. For the price we paid, I would never go back. We spent $2300 CAD for just two nights. Although the suite was spacious, we could hear EVERYTHING in our neighbors room. We had awful sleeps because we could hear so much noise from the street level and our neighbors fought all night.
The lighting in the room was way too dim, we couldn’t see anything. We would have to open all of our window blinds to have enough light except we were literally looking onto the hotels HVAC roofing system which was not pleasant(no other view than this) and would have to close the blinds since people were on the roof.
We were also there on a weekend and were disappointed to hear that the rooftop was not open until 5pm on the Saturday. It was a gorgeous day out and would have been nice to have that access.
NOT worth the price at all and left disappointed.

Perfect location, excellent staff and a beautiful view from the room.
Positives:
Hallways and spa area are nice. View is nice from rooftop.
Negatives:
Zen Suite is a little lackluster, especially with the porcelain tub. Seems the dark paint is hiding things- there was a small hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Could have been that it was the first warm day of the year, but the A/C wasnt as good as we wanted.
