Positives: Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.
