Positives: I loved the location and the room itself. The corner balcony was beautiful and huge. I also loved the natural light in the room. Overall, the room was nice. The staff was nice. I loved the restaurant that was right downstairs. It was convenient and nice. The hotel's location was a convenient walk to a few places.

Negatives: Could have been cleaner. The windows were dirty, there was a stain on my sheet and a hole in the blanket. Later when I changed my sheets out, I discovered a stain on the blanket as well. It looked like either pee or something spilled. I also didn't care for the staff coming to the room to check the mini bar during the day. It would have been better to check after I checked out rather than coming while I was relaxing or taking a nap.

Negatives: Unprofessional front desk and silly room layout. The only clothing closet is around the corner of the hall from the bed and bath. It’s up against the room entrance and far from where you want to dress. The view from the bed itself is of a massive TV blocking the city view. The balcony was lovely.

Positives: The staff was amazing. Our room didn't have a little fridge for food storage, so they got us a room with a fridge. The bellman Hassen was excellent. Very efficient and friendly, and took the time to get our stuff up to the room for us and then move from the old room to the new one with no issues. The vallet service was great as well. The view was incredible as we had both park and lake view with a corner wrap around balcony. We would stay here again.
