It is a nice hotel, clean, big rooms and comfy beds. It is in a perfect location, close to the train in Chicago and many tourist areas.

I didn't like the staff. They always were in a bad mood and also it was difficult to understand them when they talked. They looked that they didn't care the customers.

Close to loop train 5 to 10 min walk.
15 min walking distance to millennium park and art institute.
Breakfast was quite good.
Sofa bed was quite comfortable what I expected.
Request something was fast. (extra bedding, shower towel..)

Excellent location. Walking distance from everything if you enjoy walking. Area is full of shops and supermarkets. Room is ample and luminous. Extremely comfortable beds. Loved the flavored water available in the entrance. it is exactly what you need after a long walk.
Negatives:
No hot milk available for morning latte or any flavored coffee mate. Breakfast is quite basic and does not vary so it gets pretty monotonous after a couple of days. Containers are provided if you prefer to take your breakfast to your room.

Staff was super rude. There was bunch of hair in the refrigerator. Hair in the shower, trash all over in the sofa bed, gum and soda spots on the table. When I tried to speak with the manager, he was super rude and unapologetic. He made us uncomfortable about the stay. He was very disrespectful to us. I will never ever stay there again. Nothing was according to the Marriot standard, specially the staff.
