For 500$ per night you should get better rooms,
Bathroom not maintained Broken towel rack There is no soap in the shower, only shampoo I took soap from the sink. I thought I was paying for a luxury boutique hotel and got a simple hotel only because of a high priced location.

Front desk staff.
Negatives:
Paid extra for kitchenette (microwave, sink, very little else, no 'proper' cups. Had to ask for dishwashing liquid, twice for a kettle. Coffee machine, but the previous occupant's used pods hadn't been removed.
Free laundry facilities, but at lower level, accessed by only one elevator.

The location, the staff, especially Ronnie… I loved him! Every time I had to call/text for anything, he was on top of it!
Negatives:
I didn’t get the kind of room that I requested. Room was very small and the television didn’t work. Called front desk about the television… We sleep with the television on. Ronnie was on it! When he didn’t get the answer that we wanted, he upgraded us to a bigger room with the amenities that I requested from the beginning! Television worked but it kept shutting off!
