Perfect location, perfect price
Positives:
My room was great and the bed was super comfortable. I had a room on the 37th floor (only 38!) - the views were outstanding and my room was super quiet with only two rooms on the floor! Great linens and quality towels - plenty of hot water too! The location was fantastic, and we used the SpotHero app to find a convenient nearby garage for parking. There were great restaurants next door where we ate breakfast both days. Loved easy access to Riverwalk, Michigan Avenue and so much more.
Negatives:
It's an older building and while the owners have done a great job updating the rooms to provide great comfort, the elevators are often slow and it can take a long time to reach upper level floors. The one ice machine is in the LL and I learned only one elevator accesses the LL - after 20 minutes of riding up and down trying to get ice. Minor inconveniences in the big scheme as the location is terrific if you plan to explore downtown.

Terrific Location For Exploring Downtown...
Positives:
Location on the River was perfect. We did not get a view but that is ok. The room was nice. Decent size. Bathroom was also nice and roomy. The hotel was close to everything we wanted and needed.
Negatives:
Would have loved to have a view of anything other than the next roof or parking lot/dumpsters. But the location and cleanliness of the hotel made up for the lack of view.
