Negatives:
I was very disappointed that our room description said riverview and what we got was a city view. The river could slightly be seen when you looked out one window and all the way to the corner between a building. I was very mislead.

For the amount of money that was paid for the room my family should not have had to take cold showers both days. Also the hostess in the Shulas Steakhouse was very rude to our party and well as other customers.

This hotel was a little uncomfortable. The heat in the room was not working properly, there was no microwave or fridge in the room. Be aware of the so called "Destination Fee" this hotel charges.
